Testing grounds for new ideas. Often we confront challenges for which there are not yet solutions; sometimes we simply want to explore new ideas or material applications. Research, as manifest through experimental installations and exhibitions, offers a vehicle for us to keep pushing forward, to look out for what is next, to develop solutions (often with somtimes unexpected partners) that do not exist today. By doing so, we maintain our critical edge and thinking, and are able to bring to clients and projects the leading cusp of innovation as new ideas and technologies emerge.
